I got a personalized apron for my son and I'm really let down by how it turned out. The dark blue fabric is super thin, almost see-through. Definitely not the right kind of material for an apron, and it won't hold up against any food spills. The edges are all frayed, the cut isn’t straight, and the stitching looks like a total mess.

In response to our back-and-forth yesterday, I just want to say that you’re selling a low-quality product. You’ve made the choice to offer this subpar item, and I’m just sharing my thoughts on it.

Comparing this to Tesco is just silly. They don’t pretend to make Pepsi, but you do. You call the apron ‘ours’ without mentioning you’re just a reseller, so my review stands. As a seller of other people's goods, you ought to either back your choice to sell these low-quality items or clarify that this isn’t your own product.
